Chef Maria de los Angeles Gonzalez Pineiro, from Galicia in Northern Spain, will showcase her fantastic GIANT paella!
Watch it being cooked from start to finish, live in our glorious garden. We will be pairing this with a glass of homemade sangria, plus some traditional desserts from Spain; tarte de Santiago and Tarte de Queso (Burnt Basque). Bringing sunshine from Spain to Northamptonshire! For £30 per person enjoy an authentic paella, and a glass of homemade sangria, all accompanied by a wonderful local solo artist.
