Russell Bateman is delighted to present a curated set menu featuring exclusively wild and foraged ingredients sourced from Northamptonshire. Ingredients include Wild Garlic, Castle Ashby Venison and Rhubarb. We look forward to welcoming locals to experience these dishes from 1st -9th June in Eyas (excludes 3rd June).
