A welcome drink will be waiting for you at 6.30pm followed by a delicious and insightful cheese and charcuterie talk & tasting presented by Steve Reid, owner and creator of Northampton Cheese & Northampton Charcuterie companies, along with Friars farm chutneys & preserves.

After the tasting with Steve, the hotel’s Food & Beverage supervisor Mareike Strasser will lead an interactive cocktail making session where you will learn how to make the hotel's signature cocktail and then enjoy it while you enter the hotel’s great raffle for the chance to win a stay in Hilton Northampton’s newly refurbished King Superior room including breakfast for 2 people or a delicious dinner for 4 people including a bottle of wine.
