Under the new lockdown rules announced in January we still have access to outdoor exercise with members of our own household or one other person. The guidelines don't give a time limit for how long we can exercise for, but it should be kept to once a day, and undertaken locally e.g. in our local neighbourhood, village, town.
Neighbourhood streets, parks and the countryside, public gardens and grounds (whether or not you pay to enter them) and outdoor playgrounds are accessible to us all, as are the county’s lesser known pocket parks. For inspiration we have included a link to the Northamptonshire Pocket Parks.
All of these Northamptonshire Pocket Parks are looked after and cherished by their local communities, for peaceful enjoyment and the protection of wildlife.
Stay safe everyone.
