Founded back in 2001, Belflair is the proud artisan banner under which Brussels trained Master Chocolatier, Stefaan Moyaert and his wife Mervi have worked tirelessly to establish a bold, luxury-based business built on the twin foundations of ‘finest ingredients’ and ‘handmade artistry’.
