Sustainably farmed Highland cattle, sheep and pigs. No antibiotics, completely free range and slow grown. A farm shop that makes the most of each animal and produces most of its products. Other products are brought in adherence to our stringent ethical standards. 28 day matured, organic, pasture fed beef, pasture fed lamb and hogget, totally free range pigs, totally free range chickens, our own air dried charcuterie and pies. A wonderful selection of all local beers, wines and spirits as well as a growing selection of Adnams fine wines.
